The total number of cosmetic surgical and non-surgical procedures performed in Italy increased overall by more than twofold from 2011 to 2023. During this period of time, the highest number of cosmetic procedures was reached in 2019, with more than one million procedures performed. In 2023, there were over 757.4 thousand procedures performed in Italy.
