The following statistic shows the results of a survey among Millennials worldwide regarding flexible working conditions with their current employer as of 2016. That year, roughly 69 percent of respondents stated that flexible working time was possible in their current jobs, which meant employees could determine for themselves when they started and stopped working.

All respondents were born after 1982, hold an academic degree, are employed full-time and mostly work in private enterprise companies with more than 100 employees.
During the survey this question was asked in the following wording: "Many organizations provide flexible working conditions. These include when, where and how people work. To which extent has your employer configured the following working conditions to be flexible?"
