This statistic illustrates the results of a survey on the Italian enterprises using services of external research and selection companies in the recruitment process, in Italy as of 2017. According to data, 76 percent of the respondents admitted to make use of an external firm in order to search for candidates, whereas 22 percent of the interviewees stated to not outsource the hiring processes and to have no plan to introduce it in the future.
