An estimated 28.1 percent of India's GDP belonged to the share of gross fixed investments or capital formation in fiscal year 2020. This indicator shows the value of new and existing fixed assets in a country and is a macroeconomic concept used globally in national accounts. The decrease in India's GFCF share since fiscal year 2015 indicated a slowing down of economic growth.
