The statistic shows the modes by which consumers have interacted with voice assistants worldwide, as of November 2017. According to the survey, 81 percent of users indicated that they used voice assistants through a smartphone. The survey further revealed that seven percent percent of respondents had used a voice assistant through a smart speaker that belonged to someone else.
