Italy: improvement of hotel loyalty programs in 2017
This statistic shows the results of a survey on the hotel loyalty programs' improvements preferred by Italian business travelers in 2017. According to the survey results, roughly 47 percent of the respondents would like to have benefits that do not expire, whereas 33.7 of the interviewees suggested a credit card which allows to get benefits in all the purchases as a desired improvement of their hotel loyalty program.
