Whilst the ranking was dominated by male artists, who were responsible for 24.4 percent of the 1,200 most popular songs between 2012 and 2023, women to be credited ten or more times included Robyn Fenty (Rihanna), Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Onika Maraj (Nikki Minaj), and Belcalis Almanzar (Cardi B).
