Italy: satisfaction level with the hotel loyalty programs in 2017
This statistic shows the results of a survey on the business travelers' satisfaction level with the hotel loyalty programs in Italy in 2017. According to the survey results, roughly 61 percent of the respondents admitted to be very satisfied with their loyalty programs, whereas 38.1 percent of the program members declared to be quite satisfied. Only one percent of the interviewees expressed their complete dissatisfaction with the hotel loyalty membership.
