The statistic presents the results of an online survey conducted in 2018 about the most popular locations for eating ice cream among consumers in Japan. The survey revealed that with 91 percent the majority of respondents preferred to eat ice cream at their own home, while 1.7 percent stated to usually consume ice cream while waiting at a train station or bus stop.
