Quality assurances used by building services contractors 2017-2021
As of 2021, all building services contractors (BSCs) in North America used a quality assurance for their business. That year, more than 90 percent of the respondents used task checklists or a cleaning schedule for quality assurance. Moreover, a similar share of respondents relied on observation or supervision.
