The statistic shows the rate of female employees working for Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd. in Japan in fiscal years 2014 to 2017. In fiscal year 2017, about 24 percent of employees of the Japanese pharmaceutical company were women. Roughly six percent of management positions were held by women.
