Benefits of the EU GDPR for citizens in the United Kingdom (UK) 2017
This statistic shows the results of a survey on the opinion of IT decision makers regarding the benefits of the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) for citizens in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2017. During the survey, 61 percent of respondents stated that they considered it a benefit that their PII data would be better protected, while 49 percent of IT decision makers thought that upcoming rules such as the right to be forgotten would be beneficial for protecting their consumer rights.
