Advertising usefulness index in Russia 2021, by channel
According to a survey from 2021, 23 more percent of Russian internet users experienced receiving useful information from online search ads than those that did not. The channel with the second-highest usefulness index was television. The lowest figure was recorded for when advertisers called clients via the phone. The difference between respondents who found the information they received in those calls not useful and those who found it useful was measured at 65 percent.
