Advertising loyalty index in Russia 2021, by channel
In 2021, 12 more percent of Russian internet users had a positive attitude toward outdoor advertising than those with a negative view of that channel. Thus, outdoor advertising had the highest advertising loyalty index in Russia. The lowest score was recorded for when advertisers phoned customers, as the weighted share of those who viewed it negatively was 24 percent higher than those who had a positive opinion about it.
