Loan to deposit ratio of foreign sector banks in India FY 2019-2023
In fiscal year 2023, the credit to deposit ratio of foreign sector banks across India was around 57.37 percent, an increase from about 55 percent in the previous financial year. The CD ratio is an indicator of bank's liquidity. It is used to gauge a bank's health, as it shows how much of a bank's core funds are being used for lending.
