Italy: opinion on verbal humiliation of women 2017
This statistic depicts the results of a survey on the acceptability of verbal humiliation of women in Italy in 2017. According to data, 36 percent of the respondents admitted that verbal humiliation is unacceptable but should not be punished by law, whereas 54 percent of the interviewees believed that there should be a regulation punishing such behavior. Two percent of Italians was of the opinion that verbal humiliation is acceptable under all circumstances.
