Survey on alcohol consumption in Norway 2016, by type of alcohol and gender
This statistic shows the result of a survey on alcohol consumption in the past four weeks in Norway in 2016, by type of alcohol and gender. That year, the majority of men, with a share of 54 percent, stated that they mostly beer in the last four weeks, while the majority of women, with a share of 62 percent, named wine as their preferred alcoholic beverage. The consumption share in the last weeks of alcopops/cider was lowest for both gender - only six percent of women and two percent of men drank those alcoholic beverages.
