"Barbie" was the most-viewed PG-13-rated movie in the United States and Canada in 2023, having sold almost 60 million tickets. This was followed in second place by "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3" which sold about 33 million tickets. "Avatar: The Way of Water" sold the third-highest number of tickets at about 26 million tickets sold. "PG-13" means that the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) deemed the films to contain some material that may be inappropriate for children under 13. The 10 titles displayed were also the top-grossing PG-13 movies in the U.S. and Canada in 2023.
