This statistic displays the at-home fish consumption in Italy in 2016, broken down by fish type. According to survey results, tuna fish was by far the most preferred fish in Italian households, followed by codfish bought by 71 percent of respondents. Overall 70 percent of respondents stated that they purchased salmon in the last twelve months.
