This statistic illustrates the turnover of basic pharmaceutical products and preparations manufacturing SMEs in Italy in 2015, by region. According to the figure, Lombardy was the region that generated the largest turnover. Then there were Lazio, Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna with an average turnover value. All of the southern regions, other than Campania and Sicily, registered low turnover values.
