Italy: CRM usage in 2016
This statistic illustrates the usage of customer relationship management tools in Italian companies in 2016. According to survey results, only 12 percent of companies had a CRM system since over ten years, while 27 percent of them reported that a tool for CRM was available since more than five years. Lastly, CRM software was relatively new for 15 percent of businesses, having it since less than a year.
