This statistic shows the average shopping basket value on Black Friday in selected Nordic countries in 2017. That year, consumers from Sweden spent on average 834 Swedish kronor per purchase on Black Friday. In Denmark, the shopping basket value was over 1,000 Swedish kronor. Finns spent a little under 800 Swedish kronor on Black Friday, which is annually held on the fourth Thursday in November, ushering in Christmas shopping season.
