Share of the automobile industry in goods imports to France 2012-2020
In 2020, the automotive sector represented 11.5 percent of total goods imports to France. Over the span of three years, these figures have remained almost similar with 2018 and 2019 reporting 11.8 percent and 11.6 percent respectively. Since 2012, the share of automobile industry in goods import gradually increased reaching its peak in 2018.
