The annual expenditure on training staff grew by around 24 billion U.S. dollars during the time period under observation - from a value of 36.4 billion U.S. dollars in 2012 to a value of 60.6 billion U.S. dollars in 2024. This also marked a decrease of roughly 2.4 billion U.S. dollars compared to the previous year.
