Italy: main languages spoken by tourist guides during work 2015
This statistic illustrates the distribution of the most commonly spoken languages among tourist guides at work in Italy in 2015. According to the study, English was by far the most spoken language (57.6 percent of tourist guides spoke it at work), followed by French (15.5 percent), German (10.1) and Spanish (6.6 percent). By contrast, only 5.1 and 3.1 percent of tourist guides spoke Russian and Japanese at work, respectively.
