Italy: cured meat buying behavior 2017, by age group
This statistic displays the results of a survey conducted in Italy between August 1 and September 4, 2017. During the survey, individuals were asked to indicate their buying habits in terms of cured meat, sorted by age group. As of the survey period, 90 percent of the Millennials- young people aged between 18 and 35 years- and 72 percent of those aged 35 and over declared to buy cured meat according to their needs, respectively. Only a tiny fraction of the Millennials (ten percent) stated to store large quantities of cured meat in their fridge.
