According to a survey carried out in Spain in 2024, the age group with the highest share of women who used the pull-out-method as a contraceptive method was those between 15 and 19 years of age, with 3.3 percent of women within that age group opting for this method. Based on the same survey, that year the most used contraceptive method in the European country was condoms.
