This statistic shows the result of a survey on delivery costs in online shopping in selected Nordic countries in 2017. Respondents from Sweden represented the highest share wanting the delivery costs to be paid by the online shop, regardless of the purchasing price. When the purchasing price exceeds thousand Swedish kronor, 25 percent of respondents from Norway expected the online shop to pay the delivery cost, while the corresponding numbers for Sweden and Denmark amounted to 14 percent and 10 percent, respectively.
