Brazil: bank customers per Twitter follower 2015-2019
The number of bank customers per unique follower of banks' Twitter accounts in Brazil has been oscillating throughout recent years. In July 2019, Brazilian banks had, on average, one Twitter follower per 105 bank customers, down from one follower for every 138 customers in July 2015. Furthermore, the usage of social media remains a frequent online activity in the South American country.
