During the 2022 flu season, Castile-La Mancha, La Rioja, and Galicia were the Spanish communities that vaccinated most individuals aged 64 and older against influenza, with more than 76 percent. Castile-La Mancha followed, accounting for about 75.3 percent of the elderly population immunized against the virus. By that time, approximately 32 percent of adults aged 64 and over in Basque country received one vaccine dose against the flu.
