
Importance level of journalistic edited media for the society in Denmark 2019, by age
In 2019, the majority of Danes believed that journalistic edited media was important for an enlightened society in Denmark. However, the group of people aged 35 years and older in the Scandinavian country was more inclined to think so. In detail, 48.7 percent of the individuals in this age group believed so, while this was the case for 31.1 percent of the youngest respondents. In similar vein, the younger Danes were more reluctant to think that journalistic work was moderately important (19.8 percent) when compared to the older generation (10.8 percent).
