In 2022, Cantabria was the autonomous community in Spain that had the largest share of infants vaccinated with the second dose of the MMR vaccine against measles, rubella, and mumps (MMR), which reached around 97 percent. Andalusia ranked second, with approximately 96.2 percent of children older than one year receiving the second MMR vaccine as of that year. Meanwhile, Extremadura and Galicia led the vaccination coverage among infants with the first dose against measles, rubella, and mumps (MRR).
