The source adds that "for the realization of this study," idealist "has used the average disposable income per statistician of the statistic published by the Tax Agency in July 2016 (and that does not include fiscal data of Navarre or Basque Country), crossing it with the average price of a floor of 80 square meters in the second quarter of 2016 in each one of the municipalities with more than 10,000 inhabitants analyzed by the "idealist" ".
