Public expenditure in hospitals and specialized services in Spain 2010-2021
In 2021, public health expenditure in hospitals and specialized services in Spain amounted to around 54.2 billion euros, up from 52 billion euros registered a year prior. Public spending in hospitals and specialized health services has been increasing since 2013, after reaching 37.4 billion euros, the lowest figure reported in the period. During the last year, the public health expenditure in Spain had an annual change of about 5.2 percent.
