Number of financial and real estate assets in the portfolio of Sareb Spain 2015

The total figure has been calculated as the sum of financial assets and real estate assets. Home The Asset Management Company from Banking Restructuring (Sareb) is a company created in the framework of the Law 9/2012 of November 14 , which allows the segregation of damaged or problematic assets of credit institutions requiring public support, in order to derecognize them from the balance of entities .

Sareb manages the assets transferred by the four nationalized entities (BFA-Bankia, CatalunyaCaixa, NCG Banco-Banco Gallego and Banco de Valencia), and by entities in the process of restructuring in accordance with the same law (Banco Mare Nostrum, Banco CEISS , Banco Caja 3 and Liberbank).
