The houses that offered accommodation for three or four people at the time represented 32 % of the total offer.

The 12 urban destinations studied account for 70% of the regulated tourist places and account for 77% of the overnight stays recorded in 2014 on the total of urban destinations analyzed in the INE statistics: Barcelona, ​​Madrid, Seville, San Sebastián , Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Alicante, Santiago de Compostela, Granada, Malaga, Bilbao, Valencia and Palma de Mallorca.
The Data comes from the revision of 49,123 advertisements published between January and March 2015 on the 10 P2P platforms of hosting services in the most important tourist rental properties present in the Spanish market based on the number of advertisements included in their websites in January of 2015: Airbnb, Wimdu, HomeAway, - HomeAway Vacation Rentals Welcome to HomeAway - More than 325,000 vacation rentals to choose from!
