In 2016, 31 percent of Spanish Internet users decided to modify their browser settings to limit or prevent cookies.
Percentage distribution of Spanish Internet users depending on whether or not they modified their web browser settings to prevent or limit cookies in 2015 and 2016
* The data for the year 2015 were taken from the previous edition of the same survey.
In both years, the dwellings of sections in first interviews and the houses for which no telephone was available, were surveyed through a personal interview with a tablet (CAPI).
The rest of the houses were surveyed by telephone recording the survey in an electronic questionnaire from the CATI centers.
The field work was carried out throughout the Spanish territory.
