The construction cost for non-residential buildings in Spain decreased slightly in 2023. That came after construction costs increased by 14.6 percent in 2022. In 2021, construction costs for this type of building was also over ten percent. The building erection cost and the total construction costs for the whole industry also increased in 2022.
