This statistic presents the distribution of the housing offer in P2P platforms of rental of non-regulated tourist houses in the main urban destinations of Spain in the first quarter of 2015, by type of rental. As can be seen, more than 75% of the seats offered on platforms such as Airbnb for the main urban destinations of the country were offered in complete properties and not in single rooms.

The 12 urban destinations under study comprise 70% of the regulated tourist places and account for 77% of overnight stays registered in 2014 of the total urban destinations analyzed in INE statistics.
The Data comes from the revision of 49,123 advertisements published between January and March 2015 on the 10 P2P platforms of hosting services in the most important tourist rental properties present in the Spanish market based on the number of advertisements included in their websites in January of 2015: Airbnb, Wimdu, HomeAway, - HomeAway Vacation Rentals Welcome to HomeAway - More than 325,000 vacation rentals to choose from!
