With 85% of positive ratings, the value-for-money ratio was the second highest rated aspect by tourists who chose the rental housing as a form of tourist accommodation. In the front was the degree of independence.

The data comes from a survey that analyzes 2,203 trips to Spain made by tourists from the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Spain itself (the four main markets of origin) during 2014.
