The source adds that "the data of the official reference rates of the mortgage market ( Order EHA / 2899 / 2011 and CBE 5/2012 ) have official character when published in the Official State Gazette.Today they are provisional and their dissemination in this table is for information purposes only. "
Likewise, the Bank of Spain adds that "the calculation of this index is given by the yields obtained in the secondary market, in the operations carried out with public debt securities whose residual maturity is between two and six years".
