Castile-La Mancha was the autonomous community with the highest percentage of addicted users, with a 65 percent, followed by Castile un Leon, with a 56 percent.

- A qualitative phase with a total of 80 respondents distributed in 10 discussion groups of eight individuals.
- A quantitative phase with a total of 1,027 respondents.
