According to the study, book sales in the general food and drink segment gradually decreased from 1,598 thousand copies in 2010 to 780 thousand copies in 2016. By contrast, sales of vegetarian cookbooks showed a growth trend until 2015: in 2010 they stood at 39 thousand copies and reached 126 thousand copies sold in 2015.
