This chart shows the opinion of the French on the importance of access to a fixed telephone at their home in 2016, depending on the fact of having a fixed telephone. While nearly 40 percent of people with a landline phone at home thought it was very important to be equipped with a landline phone, nearly 60 percent of non-equipped respondents did not consider it important to have a landline phone at home.
