The source adds the following methodological information: " Ce baromètre est constitué de données qui ont été collectées dans le cadre du label « Territoires, Villes et Villages Internet » de la façon suivante : la collectivité s’inscrit au Label en remplissant une fiche d’identité puis elle référence ses actions en lien avec Internet sur une base de 70 questions représentant chacune un critère du label.
400 communes ont publié 10 000 actions numériques orientées vers le citoyen, qui sont référencées dans l’ATLAAS, l’Annuaire Territorial de Liaison des Acteurs, Actions et Services numériques.
La représentativité du baromètre est donc limitée à cet échantillon et celui-ci ne prétend donc pas constituer une image fidèle des services numériques de l’ensemble des collectivités de l’hexagone. »
