Brazil: gross domestic saving rate 2010-2023
In the first quarter of 2023, the amount of savings made by Brazilian households accounted for 18.1 percent of the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In the same quarter of the previous year, the Brazilian economy had registered a household saving rate of 17.4 percent of its GDP. In turn, Brazil's capital investments represented approximately 19 percent of GDP.
