This statistic shows the results of a survey of French hoteliers concerning the distribution channels for reservations in 2013. It should be noted that 37 percent of respondents indicated that more than three-quarters of the reservations in their hotels were made online, through contact between them and the guest (email, mail, telephone, hotel website).
