This bar chart illustrates the reasons for French for a change of optician. According to the survey conducted in June 2016, in total nearly 40% of the 1,080 respondents had changed opticians. We learn that nearly a quarter of these people had switched opticians because they had found a competitor offering cheaper products. It also shows that more than 20% of respondents used a new optician because of a move.
