Recapitalization of the Spanish banking system by the FROB according to bank 2016
The statistics show the distribution of the volume of shares, preferred shares or contingent convertible bonds granted by the FROB to the Spanish banking system between 2009 and 2016, according to the receiving bank. During this period, the 22,424 million euros injected in BFA-Bankia were highlighted as processes with a higher cost in absolute terms of resources. The FROB's investment in Sareb amounted to 2,192 million euros.
