In 2015, Spaniards went to shopping stores more often than in 2014. However, the average purchase ticket decreased by 0.6 percent. As for the purchase of the online basket, this channel of purchase registered an increase of 18 percent compared to the previous year, especially when it comes to the purchase of packaged products, diapers or pet food.

This data belongs to the Nielsen 360 report, which is based on data from the Retailers Panel, made up of hypermarkets, supermarkets and specialists in perfumery and drugstore, the Nielsen Household Panel and the Nielsen Establishments Universe.
